Meet the Bake Clubs...

In each episode Eric invites a different bake club - groups of enthusiasts who meet regularly to bake and swap recipes - to join him in his kitchen. With the home-baking craze gaining momentum, Eric indulges in some friendly competition with the groups, while offering advice on how they can improve on old favourites and providing the inspiration to try something new.

First up are The Teachers - a group of friends who studied together. The group is after cutting-edge cupcake recipes for its 'final meal on death row' themed dinner parties. Eric takes them through the basics and offers new recipes to die for, before finally creating a cupcake specific to the tastes of each member of the group.
